I receive a wellspring of inspiration through my continually unfurling experience of living in deep relationality with the land and in communion with her animate forces. I hold space from this place, allowing the land and her animacy to pour through me. She guides, I listen. Through weaving my experience of intricately being within and part-of the ecosystems around me, my exploration has grounded the knowing that the body is just part of the great body of the earth. It is through our exploration of the body in its finite form that we are able to ground divinity itself within us. From this place we can then traverse out and experience ourselves as the infinite beings that we all are. At one with the very cosmos. My calling is to artfully craft spaces and offer practices that have supported and nourished me on my own descent to the underworld. My own un-learning, de-conditioning and re-remembering journey (which is spirallic and never ending!) has led me here to stepping into these offerings. In the current climate of so much widespread suffering and violence, I know more than ever these spaces of infinite possibility are needed to support us all in remembering our unity as one body of the earth, as ultimate creators, and as liberated, integrated beings of the dark and the light. I am currently offering regular sessions at the Colos Wellness Centre in the Alentejo, Portugal. I am offering Somatic Myofascial Release and Embodied Being, a fusion of somatic and embodiment practices based on the principles of Body Mind Centering and Authentic Flow.
